Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1) If a scheduled tour/rental is cancelled due to poor weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow fall, customers may reschedule their booking for another date.
2) In all other cases of cancellation, credit/refund will be available to costumers that only notify us via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour/rental.

3) Booking Fees are not refundable or reusable.
